Are you a visual storyteller with the drive to help businesses shine? We’re on the hunt for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and bring our clients’ visions to life, so founders can stay focused on strategy and growth.

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for owning the creative output across brands: designing compelling visuals, developing brand assets, producing marketing collateral, and ensuring visual consistency. You’ll wear many creative hats, pivot between marketing campaigns, social media content, and brand building--all with a premium, polished touch.

Brand Identity Development

While your day-to-day may shift depending on client needs, here’s what a typical scope looks like:

  • Create or refresh logos, color palettes, typography, and mood boards.
  • Establish visual guidelines that ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Design digital and print assets such as social graphics, email templates, promo banners, and lead magnets.
  • Support launch campaigns, ads, and promotional initiatives with compelling visuals.
  • Design assets for websites, landing pages, and digital products.
  • Collaborate with developers or web designers to deliver cohesive visual experiences.
  • Partner with copywriters, marketers, and strategists to align visuals with messaging.
  • Package deliverables for smooth client or team handoff (print-ready and web-ready formats).

Asset Management & Quality Control

  • Audit and refine existing graphics to improve clarity and cohesion.
  • Organize and maintain design files for easy client and team access.

Trend Awareness & Innovation

  • Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and software updates.
  • Bring fresh, innovative ideas to client projects while keeping visuals on brand.
  • Design & prototyping: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva
  • Web & visual support: ShowIt, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace
  • Project & asset management: Asana, ClickUp, Trello
  • Collaboration & feedback: Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox
  • Basic handoff & specs: Zeplin, Artboards, file export best practices

  • You are a strong online communicator, with exceptional customer service and client communication skills

  • You’re a stickler for deadlines and punctuality
  • You work exceptionally well independently, but also collaboratively within a team

  • You have a knack for bringing ideas to life through operations and execution
  • You are available to work during regular office hours Monday to Friday for 10-15 hours/week to start (with the potential to grow to full-time very quickly)
  • You are legally eligible to work in the United States as an employee or international contractor
