Operations Management

Although your responsibilities will vary based on the needs of the client, typical OBM support involves:

This includes ensuring the daily business operations are going smoothly, providing feedback to the team and CEO regarding projects and priorities, discovering gaps in the operation and problem solving efficiently, among other responsibilities.

You will be responsible for managing the client's project management software, as well as managing the team and CEO in achieving the milestones of any project (launch, rebrand, etc.) while ensuring on time and on budget completion of said project. You'll be responsible for organizing, delegating, and following up on tasks

You will act as the main point of contact for our clients - the team will go through you so that the client can stay in their zone of genius and not get bogged down by communications that can be managed by you. This will also include delegation to the team, following up on tasks, giving constructive feedback on tasks and projects, and ensuring the team is actively working towards the same overarching business goals.

This includes launch strategy, timeline breakdown, delegation of work, review of launch assets, sourcing third party talent (Facebook ads strategists, etc.), and KPI tracking for the launch, among other things. You will be spearheading everything on the backend of launches.

Strategy

You will act as a sounding board for your CEOs - you're expected to not only find problems but to solve them creatively, efficiently, and as fiscally responsible as possible. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing Key Performance Indicators so that you and your CEOs can make data-driven decisions.

Process Creation & Optimization

You will be responsible for auditing and/or creating processes for the businesses that you work in. This will include a mix of human labor and automations, process documentation (SOPs, looms, etc.), and training the team on said processes. You will also be responsible for holding the team accountable to said processes.
