As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping entrepreneurs grow their online presence by managing the day-to-day execution of their social media strategy. We’re talking about content scheduling, community engagement, basic analytics, and everything in between.
Our team is here to manage the backend of their social platforms so they can show up as the CEO and visionary of their company.

Analytics & Reporting
Platform Management
Community Engagement & Audience Nurture
Content Planning & Scheduling
You’ll support clients by planning and scheduling social content across platforms. This may include publishing posts, stories, reels, carousels, and light repurposing of existing content.
Tasks might include responding to comments and DMs, engaging with ideal audience accounts, monitoring activity inside communities or groups, and maintaining brand tone and professionalism.
You’ll ensure client accounts are active, on-brand, and optimized. Tasks may include bio updates, highlight management, link updates, hashtag organization, and general account maintenance.
You’ll track basic performance metrics, gather data on what’s working, and provide simple reports to keep clients informed on growth and engagement trends.
Content Coordination
You’ll assist clients in staying organized with content by maintaining content calendars, tracking assets, and coordinating with designers, editors, and other team members as needed.
**SOPs and training are provided for all client work.
Launch & Campaign Support
You’ll support promotional periods by scheduling launch content, coordinating social posts with wider campaigns, monitoring performance, and keeping the launch plan on track.
Light Copy Support
May include writing short-form captions, story prompts, hooks, and engagement-focused copy that aligns with the client’s brand voice.
Our clients work with a variety of different softwares, and as their executive assistant it is important for us to be at least somewhat familiar, if not proficient, in the types of software that they use.
